Rapp New York names Shari Reichenberg as managing director
Global creative agency Rapp has named Shari Reichenberg as managing director of its New York head office, reporting directly to global CEO Marco Scognamiglio.
Shari Reichenberg named New York MD at Rapp
Reichenberg’s role will entail spearheading a pivot toward data-driven creativity as it seeks to build an increasingly diverse talent base.
Bringing over 15 years’ experience in the marketing industry in tow, most recently as a partner at digitally-led growth consultancy Prophet, Reichenberg will serve as a direct replacement for Justin Thomas-Copeland, who moves to a new role within the Omnicom Precision Marketing Group network.
Of the appointment, Scognamiglio said: “Shari, a proven, visionary digital marketing leader, understands that the current breadth and pace of industry change requires an agency that can guide and spearhead a customer-centric transformational discussion with its brand partners. Her strengths lie in her abilities as both a strategic thinker and an operational lead – and having her at the helm of our New York team is a tremendous way to move into 2020, and beyond.”
Reichenberg remarked: “At a time when brands’ abilities to build relationships with their customers is more critical to their success than ever, RAPP’s heritage of understanding and celebrating individuals makes it an essential partner to any modern CMO. I couldn’t be more excited to join this outstanding team of creative, strategic and analytically- and tech-savvy thinkers and makers.”
