Accordant becomes first specialised Adobe Audience Manager agency in Asia

Australian data-driven customer experience agency, Accordant Isobar, has become the first agency in APAC to secure a specialisation through Adobe’s data management platform, Audience Manager.

This specialisation recognises Accordant’s ability to provide digital personalisation and data-driven customer experience optimisation services throughout the region.

Adobe Audience Manager has been recognised as the industry leading data management platform by Gartner and Forrester research reports. To achieve further specialisation, organisations must demonstrate that their staff members have adequate and specific knowledge and expertise, which has been obtained through certificate qualifications as well as a consistent track record of delivering customer success through customer references and successful implementations.

Accordant Isobar, part of the Isobar Group within the Dentsu Aegis Network, is a platinum-level partner in the Adobe Solution Partner Program. They are the only agency in APAC with specialisation across Adobe Audience Manager, Analytics, Target, AdCloud and Experience Manager. The integrated offering spans data management, marketing automation, personalisation, paid media optimisation and content management systems enabling Accordant Isobar to deliver high-end and intelligent experiences for consumers.

Becoming the first Adobe Audience Manager to be specialised in the APAC region adds the agency's already extensive list of firsts, including becoming the world’s first specialised Adobe Target agency; and the first agency in the region to specialise in Adobe Advertising Cloud.
