This event is all about growing your business; a day dedicated to expanding knowledge and skills for growing an agency and connecting with people who have great ideas and experience.

Expert speakers will offer their advice on how to grow your business, leadership, scaling at speed, internal organisation and culture, recruitment, options for growth, and winning new business.

In a fireside chat, Laila Mignoni, creative director at Bacardi will talk about how the brand works with its partners, who they're working with, what makes agencies stand out at pitch/meeting, and how they balance what is taken in-house and what is briefed out.

The 135th Street Agency's, founder, Shante Bacon is set to open the event with her keynote, The Future Looks Independent. She will explain how agency leaders need to stop looking ahead at the big shops and start to lead from the front.

R3’s US manager, Melissa Lea takes a look at the trends in agency pricing. Agencies are now more flexible than ever with their pricing models, but what is actually working (or not) in the market right now? Lea provides insight into current pricing models and highlights key trends in how agencies are not just pitching, but pricing their work and negotiating with procurement.

Agency value is driven from continuous innovation and the agility to be able to identify and address trends, new technologies and respond to client needs. The profits are a by-product that flow as part of the output of that strategy. Paul Allen, partner, SI Partners will explore the trends to demonstrate how agency acquirers are looking for these types of cultures and contemporary services.

After a presentation of the full research an expert panel, including Geline Midouin, global chief talent officer at McCann Health, Danielle Reardon, founder of The Well Intended and Michael Crus, chief content officer at Drum Agency will explore the different causes behind the current loneliness epidemic in agencies, and what you can do to make your agency a happier place to work.

Brent Buntin, chief marketing officer, Code & Theory and Jason Prohaskz, managing director, MediaMonks NY will take on the challenges of the changing face of new business. New Business has shifted and this panel will cover the different ways agencies are building a pipeline, qualifying opportunities, winning work, and ultimately pricing it.
