StarHub revamps loyalty programme to prepare for evolving consumer needs

StarHub has rolled out its digital royalty programme called StarHub Rewards to grow its customer loyalty and to combat Singtel.

As part of the programme, StarHub will give membership tiers to simplify enrolment and give customers clarity on the benefits they can get. All monthly-paying customers will fall into three simple categories – Green, Gold and Platinum. They can easily view their membership status and benefits all through the My StarHub app.

Customers will be promoted to Gold or Platinum as their spend increases. Gold and Platinum customers will get an exclusive reward of having complimentary VIP Hub Trooper service. These customers can activate this VIP service to get on-site assistance on home networking, WiFi performance, and service troubleshooting.

Also, the StarHub Snapping Saturday is giving $1 treats every Saturday from Domino’s Pizza, Gong Cha, Haagen-Dazs or Toast Box which will appear in the My StarHub app. Customers can redeem the same at the respective retail outlets on the same day.
