Rachel Francis has joined TVC Group as a client services director, where she will be responsible for developing and leading the agency’s integrated client services offering.

She is the first new senior recruit since Becky McKinlay joined TVC as group MD in July, which marked a new phase in the agency’s growth.

Francis joins the five-strong executive team and will report to McKinlay about growing the agency’s PR business.

Francis brings with her over 22 years’ worth of agency experience, having held senior roles at WPP, BCW, Ketchum and Ogilvy. Her experience spans a mix of sectors including beauty and grooming, consumer wellbeing, travel and tourism, food and drink and retail, working across the UK Boots, Braun, Wella, Hellmann's and Persil accounts among others.

Francis said: “I couldn't be more excited to join TVC at such a significant time in the company's evolution. I'm looking forward to the opportunity of working with a talented, dynamic team, with a clear ambition and the energy to meet the future challenges of our clients and the industry.”

McKinlay, said: “I’m delighted we’ve been able to attract someone of Rachel’s calibre to the TVC team. She is a hugely experienced and talented practitioner and will bring a new mix of skills to the agency.

“We have bold and ambitious plans for TVC and I’ve got no doubt Rachel will help fast-track our growth.”
