Commercial and domestic heating and hot water specialists, Baxi Heating - part of the Netherlands based BDR Thermea Group - has enlisted the Sagittarius to support their continued migration to Sitecore.
Following the work the brand started in 2017 to transition to Sitecore, including moving the consumer-facing site, they brought Sagittarius on-board in early 2018 to move their trade site back into the main domain and into Sitecore. This move ensured Baxi had more security and site stability control whilst also centralising their CMS infrastructure.
This migration was the first project in a long line of improvements for Baxi, including a UX review to improve user journeys across the site and a design review, which maintained Baxi's brand message.
Sagittarius also put on a series of workshops with Baxi to identify audience types and personas, allowing the team to create personalisation rules across the site - which in turn, improved the customer's experience. These rules also meant that the team could track consumer behaviour and optimise more smoothly.
Sagittarius' experienced optimisation experts carried out various SEO audits, making sure that the site went live with good content that would maintain organic search rankings, improve visibility and grow brand equity.
Since the site's launch in April of this year, Sagittarius has received plenty of positive feedback, only needing to update the consumer-facing website as necessary with new designs and user experiences.
