PR and social media marketing agency, 33Seconds, has hired George Hayley as its newest associate director within the PR team.

Bringing over 15 years' worth of comms experience, Hayley has worked on both client and agency-side, delivering award-winning, integrated campaigns across a range of sectors from fintech and FMCG, to sport and telecoms.

Prior to 33Seconds, Hayley had enjoyed stints at Red, Blue Rubicon and Manifest agencies and had led successful consumer and B2B marketing programmes in the UK and globally, most recently for the likes of McDonald's, IKEA and Huawei.

In his new position, Hayley will lead the agency’s consumer PR team, with a portfolio that includes Vauxhall Motors, Lagunitas Brewing Company and ExSeed Health. He will also be responsible for driving new business in a bid to expand the company's PR offering beyond technology-focused companies.

Alice Regester, co-founder and co-CEO at 33Seconds, said: “This is a really exciting time for George to join the team. Having traditionally specialised in providing PR to technology companies and innovators, more recently we have expanded this to include established consumer brands. With George’s impressive credentials, spanning both big brand and startup, he’ll be a great asset to our team.”

Hayley said: “With a track record of delivering creative and culturally relevant work for pioneering brands, 33Seconds is an agency I’d had my eye on for some time. I knew that my experience would transfer well and after meeting the team I knew it would be the right cultural fit too. They’re a talented bunch and I’m excited to see how we can develop the agency’s consumer PR offering.”
