Marketing agency Cherry London appoints new partnership specialist

Marketing company, Cherry London, has welcomed Julie O’Neill as partnership and account management specialist.

Julie O’Neill joins Cherry London as partnership and account management specialist.

O’Neill joins the agency to provide support and direction across brands and client teams, during a busy time at the agency. She brings with her over 20 years' worth of experience having worked with major retailers, media agencies and global brands. She has also hosted various industry award wins and is also a regular judge for both the IPM and DMA Awards.

Cherry London is known for changing the partnership and loyalty landscape, unlocking value for clients through strategic programmes requiring co-creation. O’Neill's in-house experience will bolster the agency's knowledge bank and provide clients with new thinking on loyalty, engagement and strategic partnership activity.

During her 20 years at Whistl DDM UK, Julie was focussed on brand and business development using data and insight to create marketing and partnership activity that drove sales, generating significant revenue and margin.

Mark Stevenson, Cherry London's managing director, said, “Julie brings a wealth of great relevant experience and pragmatism, as well as an infectious ‘can-do’ attitude and we all look forward to working with her, as she complements the team that we have and are building at Cherry London, so we continue to capitalise on the significant opportunities that are presenting themselves for our clients and partners, in what is currently a hugely dynamic market place.”

O’Neill said, “I’m looking forward to working with Mark and the rest of the team at Cherry London and hope that through my varied and deep experience I can continue to push the quality of our offering even further, making sure our clients, partners and internal team continue to grow and deliver brilliant campaigns that define new parameters.”
