As part of the acquisition, Langoor will be rebranded as Langoor Havas and will be led by its co-founder Venugopal Ganganna, who will take on the newly-created position of chief digital officer, Havas India, reporting to Rana Barua – group chief executive officer of Havas India.
This is Havas's second acquisition in India after Think Design, which they acquired earlier this year.

The integration within Havas Group will add scale to the depth of our services and help us to grow even further. This acquisition is an incredible opportunity for Langoor and the team and we are excited to be part of this new journey towards further success."
The acquisition is part of the company’s ‘Together’ strategy which seeks to intensify integration for clients after merging its creative and media under one regional P&L.
