Lacoste leadership team strengthened with new marketing and distribution heads

Former chief marketing officer of French flash sales firm Vente Privee Catherine Spindler leads the charge as the newly installed executive vice president of marketing and branding, joined by her new colleague Jean-Louis Delamarre as vice president of markets and distribution.

Spindler built her career at LVMH, going onto hold a variety of communication and marketing roles at Yves Rocher and also served as vice president of the Dr Pierre Ricaud brand.

Delamarre meanwhile spent two decades with Procter & Gamble before joining Lacoste as chief executive officer Asia-Pacific and chief executive officer Global Travel Retail in 2014.

The duo has been drafted in to replace incumbents Sandrine Conseiller and Didier Lalance, both of whom have left the company.

Lacoste recently launched its 'Crocodile Inside' campaign to mark the brands 85th anniversary.
