Brand experience company Freeman has hired Carley Faircloth as its new EMEA managing director.
She brings with her over 25 years of working with Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies, spanning brand strategy through to creative and delivery of award-winning live brand experiences. Prior to this role, she was based out of New York for Freeman Enterprise for three years, where she was working as a global vice president , business development.
In her new position, she will be based in London, Soho, where she will lead the EMEA agency services team, collaborating closely with fellow MD of Freeman EMEA, Chris Preston.
Faircloth is known as a strong leader and change agent. She has also worked at Jack Morton, where she was required to work with leading brands like McDonalds, Viacom and BP among others.
Adam Charles, SVP International, said: “We’re excited to have Carley leading our agency initiatives; she is a fantastic addition to the Freeman EMEA Leadership team. Her people skills, combined with her business aptitude, strategic thinking and award-winning approach will fuel our business in EMEA.”
Of her appointment, Faircloth said: "I'm excited to be leading our agency tribe here in EMEA. For me, the focus on strategic solutions doesn’t change now that I’m assuming the role of MD. This just heightens my ability to pull levers for clients in a much broader sense of the brand experience lifecycle and ensure we remain a critical component of the brand expression throughout. The key that unlocks this potential is really about redesigning the time a brand spends with the people who matter most to them. And I’m here for it! I just hope I’ve packed accordingly."
