The agency scene has never been under so much pressure. And from so many sources. I’m really interested in the power of agency leadership…and the role of clear and distinctive agency branding and culture in agency performance.

The heart of any business is its people. Creating a culture where those people are encouraged and supported to be their innovative and creative best is fundamental to business success. The Drum Agency Business Awards are a fantastic way to celebrate businesses leading the way in this area.
Red-Fern Media Limited
Redfearn's core passion is partnering with businesses to help them realise their growth potential when investing in digital transformation, helping them to achieve their business and marketing growth goals. With a 15 strong agency team, one of Sean's key passions is driving forward a positive agency culture to further develop individuals and develop long-term growth partnerships with businesses.
With Red-Fern going through a period of sustained growth, when I was offered the opportunity to Judge on the agency awards, I thought it would be a great opportunity to gain greater insights into some of the amazing agencies around the UK and hopefully give some of them the recognition they deserve.
