The agency scene has never been under so much pressure. And from so many sources. I’m really interested in the power of agency leadership…and the role of clear and distinctive agency branding and culture in agency performance.

With Red-Fern going through a period of sustained growth, when I was offered the opportunity to Judge on the agency awards, I thought it would be a great opportunity to gain greater insights into some of the amazing agencies around the UK and hopefully give some of them the recognition they deserve.
