Sagittarius continues agency growth with C-suite shift including CTO

Prior to this position, Hibbert was at at Sitecore, where he worked on a series of senior technical roles at brands like PRS and Epsilon.

Through his appointment, Hibbert will help the agency restructure its pillars of delivery, engineering and experience into a strong offering supported by an exceptional senior leadership team.

Others in the senior management team include recently-promoted Emma Nijjar as acting head of client services; Sarah Dennis, whose role has expanded to head of marketing and communications; and Natalie Waite, who has stepped up to head of Sitecore optimisation consultancy. Claire Battle and Jan Shaw will continue as the agency's respective global head of talent and head of finance.
