Joining after nine years from Unilever, where she was finally executive vice president of foods, Sleight will report to Andrew Clarke, global president of Mars Wrigley.

“Cathryn brings great experience to Mars Wrigley and will help us further expand our portfolio,” said Clarke. “Her strong track record of identifying emerging brands with significant potential for global scale will help us further diversify and grow.”
