Ocean Outdoor has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Mediacom’s Phil Hall to serve as a co-managing director, complementing a number of senior internal appointments.
The changes signify the implementation of a new leadership structure at the out-of-home advertising provider as it equips itself to expand across mainland Europe.
As part of these changes, Hall will bring 18 years at MediaCom to an end in order to head up the UK divisions commercial operations alongside newly elevated co-managing director Steve George, a former chief development officer, who will assume responsibility for franchise and development functions.
Hall said: "I've always considered digital out-of-home to be a medium of huge interest and benefit to clients, with even greater potential, particularly with the rapid advancements in technology. I've long admired the product and especially the team at Ocean and the chance to play a significant part in their continued growth is an opportunity I can't resist."
