Trust: why it’s important in client-marketer relationships

Trust is important in building strong client-marketer relationships, according to Trustpilot.

Establishing trust in a client-marketer relationship could spell the start of a long-lasting relationship. Yet often, marketers overlook and undervalue the importance of understanding this trust.

If marketers did prioritise building trust between their customers, they’d avoid undermining customer loyalty and be less likely to threaten their company’s revenue.

Working out which social channels will maximise a brand’s message will only bolster a brand’s vision. But marketers need to understand the importance of cultivating a client’s online reputation.

Which is why consumer review website Trustpilot is hosting a webinar in partnership with The Drum, to look at how client relationships can be improved to increase profits and boost a client’s online brand.

In the session - joined by Trustpilot’s head of partnerships UK Neil Bayton and Epiphany’s senior UX and head of CRM Lorna Fraser – the pair will consider how reviews can help to build social influence, drive traffic and improve customer service, as well as increase conversions and bolster sales.

The event will take place on Wednesday, June 26th from 2pm-3pm BST. Register your interest for the webinar here, or fill out the form below.
