The Japanese car brand created a series of eight idents featuring Essex and McGee riffing off about the best bits of the Suzuki Swift in 15-, 10- and five-second spots.
Megan Norton, partnerships manager at Suzuki, said: “The Gogglebox audience is the perfect fit for the Swift. As the first series performed so well it made complete sense to continue the campaign, this time with a little added glamour.”
Added Iris London executive creative director David Prideaux: “Joey and Debbie are a formidable partnership. They’re very funny and the perfect foil for Suzuki’s partnership with Gogglebox”.
The idents aired Friday 14 June on Channel 4 at 9pm. 7 Stars handled the media.
