Unlimited Group asks Tim Hassett to build client-centric approach as CEO

Agency network Unlimited Group has asked former Procter & Gamble, Kellogg’s and president of North America at Beam Suntory head Tim Hassett to serve as its new chief executive officer in a move designed to further reposition the business as a client-first agency.

Hassett’s elevation follows hot on the heels of a trio of key acquisitions over the past year; namely DirectionGroup Unlimited, Firstbase Unlimited and Realise Unlimited, to establish a fully integrated B2B offer and bolster its data analytics capabilities under the Unlimited+ moniker. He takes over the role from Michael Richards who departed in April.

Hassett said: “Our clients need data-driven solutions that sustainably build their brands and business. They also need to know they are getting impactful yield for every insight and the money they invest. Our recent acquisitions put us in a position to deliver against their agenda even better than we have in the past. Our client-centric approach will do nothing but get stronger.”

Unlimited+ was created with a view towards focusing activity on three core services - creating infrastructure and upskilling teams across digital services; providing on-the-ground creative and strategy teams; and in-house content production.
