Digital and social agency, Coolr, has expanded its team with the appointment of Kalpna Tandon and Lauren Sarginson as account directors, following a number of recent account wins.

Sarginson joins Coolr from Social Life, where she worked across numerous social accounts including Netflix. Prior to that, she had worked with Coolr founder, Adam Clyne at Weber Shandwick, where she was Social Editor.

Tandon has previously worked at various agencies including recent stints at Urban Nerds and Fruky.

Coolr chief executive, Adam Clyne, commented: “We want to attract the best talent to the agency and we have found that with Kalpna and Lauren. They are a welcome addition to the team and are already driving impact across the business.

“We’ve had a run of client wins at Coolr and as a consequence we’re expanding the team and recruiting for various roles. I believe we are bringing a new approach to the market that is resonating well with clients and we hope to scale quickly.”

Tandon commented: “It’s an exciting time to join Coolr and be part of an agency that has so much momentum. In such as short amount of time they have produced record-making, award-winning work that has put Coolr firmly on the map – and I wanted to be part of that!”.

Sarginson said: “Many brands are looking for an agency that genuinely understands the social space and I believe Coolr is the solution. The agency is quickly making a strong name for itself across the entire social category including influencer programmes, brand campaigns – and of course – reactive social moments! I’m excited to make my mark here."

Coolr is based in Soho Square, London.
