My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream asks consumers to share their Whatever moments

America's fastest growing frozen novelty brand, My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream, launched its nationwide “Because, Whatever” campaign series which invites people to celebrate the ‘Whatever’ moments in their lives.

Created in partnership with creative movement marketing company, StrawberryFrog, My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream's campaign will be brought to life through a variety of video, social, radio and OOH assets to show people embracing various “Whatever” moments.

"At My/Mo Mochi Ice cream, we embrace fun and playfulness and wanted to create a campaign that would empower and inspire our customers to celebrate the unique way they live their everyday life," said Russell Barnett chief marketing officer of My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream. "We truly believe that fun doesn’t have to make sense and in today’s world, we can all use a little permission to embrace who we are and the moments of Whatever we share in our daily lives.”

The campaign's creative was inspired by My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream consumers who reveal why they do what they do and highlight how they're embracing being weird and wonderful. From a contortionist playing a piano, to a guy roasting a marshmallow over a flame firing out of a saxophone, and a selfie-taking red carpet treadmill walker; each ad celebrates people for who they are revealing what they do in their day-to-day lives.

My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream has established itself as a category leader in the frozen novelty aisle and snack industry in less than two years since its launch. The brand has also secured partnerships with top retailers nationwide and launched a variety of new products, proving its ability to bring mochi to the masses.
