New York-based movement marketing agency StrawberryFrog has made a string of new creative hires to continue the company's growth and transformation.

Joining the team is creative director James Kuczynski (pictured, top, left), lead content writer Stephen Girasuolo, head of talent Lesley Thompson and account manager Amanda Beraglia.

Kuczynski joins from VaynerMedia, having worked with dozens of brands, including nonprofits and globally recognised brands such as GE, P&G, SAP and AT&T. He brings a decade's worth of experience across digital, traditional, media agencies and start-up on brand side to the role. Among his achievements, he has also helped to create a documentary film on Netflix, a top 10 Billboard song - the first of its kind uses of A.I. & tech - and effect change to government policy. His work has been recognized at every major industry award show and can also be found in the MoMA archives.

Girasuolo was previously at The CSI Group, following two years as senior content producer, where he was responsible for writing, producing and directing content for clients like Citizen Watch Company, Bulova, Benjamin Moore and Konica Minolta. In total, Girasuolo has over 10 years of agency and production experience, having even launched his own production company, Savin Rock Entertainment, which produces narrative television content and branded content for clients like Alibaba and the National Parks. He also writes for film, theater and television, and created the award-winning series "The Holdouts" starring Kevin Corrigan and Michael Buscemi.

Thompson joins StrawberryFrog having transferred from Omnicom company, the Marketing Arm. She began her career in clinical research before switching to advertiisng and working for the likes of Mcgarrybowen, Weber Shandwick and Roar, of Publicis. Thompson has worked across beauty, banking, food + beverage, health, automotive and telecom accounts, so she brings with her expertise in recruitment and account/project management.

Beraglia (pictured, far right), formerly at Marketing Air, joins the team as its new account manager. She has worked both brand and agency side, across various disciplines including social media marketing, internal & external global communications, public relations and UX. She has worked with Mars Incorporated and helped launch The Lion’s Share, the initiative aimed at transforming animal welfare.

StrawberryFrog's founder and chair, Scott Goodson, said: “For 20 years we’ve been extremely lucky to help our clients build movements to grow their brands and their influence. And today we are very proud to announce that our Frog team is expanding so that we can continue the important work of building cultural movements that resonate with their stakeholders.”
