ORM promotes two senior directors to business director roles

Clare Lambert and James Elliott are promoted to business directors at ORM.

Two senior staff members have been promoted to business director roles at ORM.

The appointments come after one employee left ORM, allowing for James Elliott to take over the role and the lead one of the agency's largest client accounts and for former senior account director Clare Lambert to step into Elliott's former role.

Both Elliott and Lambert support on ORM's new business pitches and on-boarding new clients, who sit within key accounts when they first partner with the agency.

ORM’s managing director, Keith Nation, said: “It’s a fantastic position for us to be in, having such great talent already at ORM that we can confidently promote and help develop both their careers and our agency. James and Clare have shown grit, determination and business acumen when working with our clients and I’m pleased to be able to put two leading ORMers in even more prominent positions in our business.”

Lambert added: "I’m excited to step into the business director role and it’s great that I still get to work with all of my clients. The priority for me now is to build on our key relationships and lead a strong team."
