Last year the Recommended Agency Register (RAR) was rebranded as The Drum Recommends to bring it in line with owner The Drum. It remains committed to partnering brands with the correct agency using data and unique industry expertise.
Working for John Lewis & Partners in-house branding department, I was employed to ensure their new brand identity (designed by Pentagram) was successfully and consistently deployed internally across all of the Oxford Street store’s customer and Partner facing collateral.
Concepts for the 2019 ‘Come Work With Me’ apprenticeship scheme and ‘Job Swap’ a branch wide initiative to encourage Partners to develop themselves by swapping with another member of staff to gain experience of another department.
Partners would initially be engaged by an internal Google+ and poster campaign. Those who pass the assessment criteria would be able to download the App onto their Partner devices to easily access all their apprenticeship data securely and seamlessly anywhere within the business.
The intuitive App is designed to simplify and fast-track the application process, monitor and reward progress amongst the wide demographic of branch Partners. A smart keycard embedded with a NFC chip would provide access to wide range of supporting resources on the Partner intranet.
