EMEA wins

Fifa partner Coca-Cola is helping to “shine a light” on women’s football in the UK by partnering with Channel 4 to support a new show exploring the world's top fixtures titled 'Women's Football World.'

New Stance, of The Miroma Group's entertainment and sport digital marketing agency, has been selected as Spotify's new UK influencer marketing agency.

Tesco Mobile has picked BBH London to handle its multimillion creative account, replacing fellow Publicis Groupe-owned agency The Community.

Lloyds Banking Group has appointed Havas helia to lead its customer engagement account following a competitive pitch.

Havas London has won a £3m government brief for the Department of Education. It has been tasked with launching and promoting its new T Level qualification.

Apac wins

Slater and Gordon has appointed Audience Group as its media agency, to handle all media strategy, planning and buying.

Proper Goods, the eyewear distributor, has awarded its account to Mr Carter.

Vitamins company Nature’s Care has appointed Stratosphere as its media agency.

Illuminate has won the PR account for online comparison site Credit Card Compare.

Americas wins

Barkley has been named agency of record for Taco John’s.

The food delivery service, Postmates, has appointed Mother LA as its agency of record.

Reviews

Vodafone is calling a pitch for global media account (which is estimated to be worth $600m), having already in-housed chunks of its planning and buying.

Virgin Experience Days is on the search for a creative and media agency in the UK.

Eurostar is looking for two agencies to handle its global media planning and buying account.

Mergers

Publicis Sapient has shuttered SapientNitro, Razorfish and 2Datafish as separate businesses, consolidating them into the wider business.

WPP has merged the UK arms of Possible and Mirum, appointing Possible UK group boss Chris Daplyn to lead the consolidated agency.

Ogilvy and Geometry have merged in the Japanese market as Geometry Ogilvy Japan.

Launches

Coca-Cola is adding to its UK drinks line up with the arrival of 'Aquarius' - its low-calorie water brand in both lemon and lime iterations for the summer market.

Having successfully in-housed its own media buying and planning, Lastminute.com has launched a consultancy arm – Playbook – to help other brands do the same.

Amazon has launched its Amazon Advertising product in Australia giving local advertisers and agencies access to its full suite of products.

Digital direct-to-consumer (DTC) razor brand Harry's is moving into the offline retail space, striking a deal with Boots that will see its products sold in 300 UK stores.

The Soho-based agency Bacchus has opened an office in New York - it's first in America.
