Lloyds Banking Group appoints Havas Helia to 'most coveted' customer engagement account

Lloyds Banking Group has appointed Havas helia to lead its customer engagement account following a competitive pitch.

Since November 2018, the banking group has been looking to pin down a new agency for one-to-one communications across all channels, including direct marketing, CRM, b2b and customer conversion.

Creativebrief handled the search, overlooking interest from a total of 14 agencies. Each competed to secure the account with Lloyds Banking Group includes financial brands such as Halifax and Scottish Widows. Proximity London, once a holder of the account, repitched and made it to an advanced stage of the process.
