The internal recruitment division will cover EMEA, with Jeantet based in Publicis' new White City headquarters in London.

She will work closely with existing senior recruiters Mary Hurlock-Murphy and Marcus Wainer and will oversee Publicis Media’s internal talent mobility programme for leaders.

She reports to Severine Charbon, global chief talent officer at Publicis Media, who said: “It has never been so critical to be a ‘talent hacker’, we need to move fast to drive our transformation, and setting up a professional search practice in house, properly connected to our business, will help us move faster in this very competitive environment.

“So, today’s announcement mustn’t be seen in isolation but as part of our wider talent investment strategy that includes our move to White City – our new UK hub – and our flexible working approach.

“The sprint to the future will be entirely led and won by attracting and investing in the very best talent. Julie has extensive experience that spans the creative, media, digital and tech industries, so I am delighted to have somebody of her calibre on board.”
