To mark this year’s International Women’s Day, design and innovation agency Big Radical has interviewed four leading female professionals from the digital marketing industry on the subject of ‘being radical in business’.

Answering questions such as ‘Is radical behaviour easier for men or for women in business?’ are Lara Burns, chief digital and technology officer at Age UK; Carin Campanario, head of UX /UI Design at GripAbl; Shelly Frame, Etch Group commercial director; and April Taylor, managing director and consultant at At London (formerly head of marketing at The Shard).

Watch the video to see these women tell their employers to listen and be flexible.

Based in Clerkenwell, London, Big Radical is part of the Etch Group.
