Digital agency ORM makes two senior data and UX hires

Digital agency ORM is has announced two new senior hires, appointing Leona Bell as the agency’s inaugral head of data and Martin Bui as head of experience design.

This announcement follows a strong start to 2019 and follows a new visual identity, a Head Office move in Central London, a new satellite office in Kiev and a new proposition that focuses on ‘digital freedom’.

Bell joins ORM from The Engine Group. Her new role highlights the importance of analytics to the agency, enabling ORM to fully support clients with their growing data and optimisation needs.

Bell said: “My aim is to lead the analytics team from a strategic and delivery perspective, to evolve ORM’s proposition and grow client accounts, as well as support new business.”

Bui has joins with previous award-winning experience at UniDays, SapientRazorfish and OglivyOne. The experience design team are integral to ORM, with almost every project involving challenging design, from UX, UI to digital branding. Clients that Bui will be working with from the offset include Arriva UK Bus and GAM.

Bui said: “This is a great time to be joining ORM, and as the company moves into a new phase of its evolution, I want to create positive impact by understanding people and making technology more human for our clients.”

ORM has office in London, Jelenia Góra in Poland, and Kiev in Ukraine, and works with clients including Great Western Railway, Artemis, Arriva, Moat and Transport for Wales.
