Creative B2B marketing agency MOI Global has promoted Caroline Lotinga to the role of EMEA business director.
Lotinga had previously worked with the agency for two years as client strategy director and brings 12 years of marketing experience in total to the role, including an early position with The Drum.
Matt Stevens, global managing director at MOI, said: “Caroline has been pivotal to our growth over the past two years, bringing bags of enthusiasm to everything she does. Working as our client strategy director, she’s pioneered our approach to winning and developing accounts, fostering deep working relationships which have resulted in truly head-turning work. We’re ecstatic to have Caroline in this new role, spearheading our global growth plans.
"2019 is all about upping the stakes. Having worked with some of the world’s biggest tech brands at MOI, no one is better placed than Caroline to steer the direction of our burgeoning EMEA business.”
Lotinga added: “My first marketing role was at The Drum - I was the first Drum employee in London! A decade on, and the industry is on the brink of a brave new world. Innovative technologies and shifting buyer behaviours are shaping client conversations – as well as presenting a plethora of new opportunities.
“It’s an exciting time. Clients are really receptive to planning and implementing complex strategies that draw directly from data – whether it’s their own, or from predictive marketing tools. People are looking to embrace standout creative and technologies that give them the leading edge – something that, as an ambitious creative agency, really gets our juices flowing.”
