This week has seen another wave of appointments and departures at brands, media owners and agencies. The Drum has rounded up the key moves from the EMEA, APAC and North America regions below.

Grey London
Grey London has promoted Anna Panczyk from chief executive of Grey Poland to lead the group's London operation. She will work with Adrian Rossi, creative chairman of Grey London, who joined the firm from AMV BBDO in December.
33Seconds
PR and social media marketing agency, 33Seconds has bolstered its creative output by securing Unilad figure Stuart Larkin as creative lead. Larken is to lead the Sky Entertainment team, reporting into the associate director, Elisah van Vriesland.
McCann London
McCann London's co-presidents and chief creative officers, Rob Doubal and Laurence Thomson, have been promoted to chief creative officers of McCann UK.
Codec
Rebecca Allen has joined Codec as chief commercial officer. She was previously global head of branded content at The Drum.
Lucky Generals
Ex-Y&R London managing director, Katie Lee, has joined Lucky Generals as its first chief executive. She served as managing director for Y&R before it merged with VML to become VMLY&R.
SBDS
Rupert Harrow has joined SBDS as vice president of sales, to play a central role in the company's growth plans. He was previously advertising sales director at The Economist.
Hiyacar
Sepi Arani has joined Hiyacar as head of growth. He has been tasked with driving growth.
International Advertising Association
The International Advertising Association (IAA) has appointed Kirsty Giordani as executive director. She joined IAA in 2002.
Hue&Cry
Gary Robinson has been hired as director of creativity at Hue&Cry. In his new role, Robinson will be responsible for the leadership and development of its creative business.
Lida
Lida has promoted its associate creative director, Spencer White, to the role of creative director. In his new role, White will take on new responsibilities in new business and talent development while continuing his lead role in a number of accounts.
Method
John Oswald has been named managing director of Method to lead the London office. He is responsible for the European presence and advancing Method's business design capability.
McCann Stockholm
McCann Stockholm announced the hire of Josefine Richards as executive creative director. Richards most recently served as creative director for Ingo Stockholm.
Edelman China
Edelman China has appointed Geoffrey Lim as chief strategy officer. He was previously head of strategy for Ogilvy Shanghai.
Singapore Press Holdings
Singapore Press Holdings has appointed Linda Lim in the newly-created position of chief of advertising partnerships and market development. She was previously GroupM's chief investment officer and head of trading.
BBH Singapore
BBH Singapore has promoted David Webster to managing director. He was previously the managing partner and chief growth officer.
Publicis Groupe
Publicis Groupe has promoted Bertilla Teo and Michael Lee as co-chief executive officers for Greater China.
Talon Outdoor
Ex-Omnicom media buyer, Barry Cupples, has been appointed by Talon Outdoor, to be its first global chief executive. He will drive international expansion.
Coles
Fairfax Media's former chief marketing officer, Michael Laxton, has joined Coles as its general manager of brand and media.
PPR
WPP-owned PPR, has appointed Tom Horn as its associate director of corporate. He previously worked for Weber Shandwick.
Westpac
Former Aldi customer interaction lead and marketing director, Samuel Viney, has joined Westpac as its head of advertising.
VYMLY&R
VYMLY&R has hired Robyn Berhmann as creative director. Bergmann previously worked for Ogilvy Johannesburg.
Spinifex
Spinifex has hired three senior appointments. Pepin Portingale has joined as lead real-time artist, Jonathan Kafkaris as unity developer and James Betar as senior producer.
SPH Magazines
SPH Magazines has appointed Maureen Wee as chief executive. She is replacing Loh Yew Seng, who will return to SPH's Finance division.
Havas Group Singapore
Havas Groupe Singapore has promoted Kenny Yap as general manager, tasked with focusing on strategic planning, ideation, performance measurement and commercial growth and profitability.
72andSunny Singapore
72andSunny has hired its first executive strategy director, Ida Siow. She joins the agency from JWT.
Redhill
Redhill has made three senior hires to its team. Julie Pham has been appointed Redhill's first managing director of Vietnam and Amanda Chong and Joslynn Ong have joined the Malaysia office as directors.
Visual Latina
Visual Latina has appointed Ranajoy Roy as partner in Singapore and Asia to help grow its global presence.
Tupperware Brands
Tupperware Brands has appointed Chris O'Leary, whose 37-year career has spanned leadership roles at General Mills and PepsiCo, to its board of directors.
Drum Agency
Todd Silverman has joined Drum Agency as chief media officer. He previously served as head of performance marketing at Edelman.
Empower
Empower has strengthened its creative media positioning with the hire of chief creative officer, Tinus Strydom and lead strategy officer, Karyn Kerner.
FCB Chicago
Fernando Espejel has been promoted to executive vice president, digital platforms at FCB Chicago. He will oversee all the agency's digital offerings, including social and influencer practices. Alongside Espejel, Jenn Chiang has been promoted to executive vice president, group strategic planning director.
Brownstein Group
Brownstein Group has welcomed two additions to its creative team. Meredith Schwinder has joined as creative director and Andrew Acconzo as senior copywriter.
The Nature Conservancy
The Nature Conservancy has hired Eric Steinhauser as director, global marketing and creative content. He will drive the creative vision, editorial and strategies, across all platforms.
Lagrant Communications
Keisha Brown has been appointed to the position of president, at Lagrant Communications. In her new role, Brown will focus on client services and new business development.
EDO
Scott Grunther has been appointed as EDO's executive vice president and general manager of media analytics. He previously worked for Kantar Millward Brown.
Goodby Silverstein & Partners
Goodby Silverstein & Partners has hired creative directors, Matt Edwards and Wes Phelan, to oversee BMW.
Havas Canada
Melody Adhami has been named chief executive officer of Havas Canada. He has been tasked with developing meaningful creative, digital and mobile experiences.
Innocean
Innocean has promoted Angela Zepeda as senior vice president, managing director, brand management. She will oversee all operations on the Hyundai business.
The Global Experience Agency
The Global Experience Agency has promoted Arif Mansuri to managing director of business strategy, and Jennifer Rafford as group vice president of talent.
Deutsch NY
Deutsch NY has promoted Daniel Murphy to executive vice president, director of digital.
Carat
Fernando Bermudez Pire has been appointed president of Carat. He will be responsible for the operation of Carat across Central America, South America and in the Caribbean Islands.
Argonaut
Argonaut, the San Francisco-based ad agency, part of Project WorldWide, has hired Ana Dixon as chief financial officer to lead the shop’s financial health, fiscal growth and upward momentum.
Vizeum
Vanessa Gonzales will take on the role of president for Vizeum in Latin America. She will focus on the development of new products for the media group in the region.
Marcus Thomas
Jamie Venorsky has been promoted to chief creative officer, a new position for the agency. Creative directors, Jim Sollisch and Stephanie Burris, have been promoted to co-executive creative directors.
Amplify.ai
Amplify.ai, an AI-driven engagement platform, has appointed John McCrea as chief marketing officer and Stefan Mayo as head of US sales and business development.
GMR
Elke Jones has been promoted to chief strategy officer at GMR, and Cameron Wagner and Alex Beer have been promoted to chief client officers.
Huge
Huge has elevated Arif Mansuri to managing director of business strategy, hired Christie Allport as vice president of global communications and hired Jennifer Rafford as group vice president of talent.
