MyCleverGroup has purchased locally-based HCL Marketing for an undisclosed fee, its first acquisition to date.

The Stoke-based group, founded June 2018, looks to embolden brands with the introduction of technology and digitalization into their processes. With the acquisition of the full-service creative marketing agency, MyCleverGroup looks to expand its wealth of marketing experience and extensive services.
