Father Critmas has added more top creative directors to his Christmas nice list, as the third round of Merry Critmas gets well underway.

#MerryCritmas is a festive initiative that gifts young creatives the chance to shape their portfolios, with advice from top dogs in the industry.

Among the top creatives that have signed up to give book crits are Rory Sutherland of Ogilvy, Victoria Buchanan of Tribal Worldwide, Mike Rigby of R/GA New York, Carole Davids of HeyHuman and Shaun McIlrath of Iris Worldwide.

Inspiring creatives are encouraged to upload their portfolios to the website to get in on a chance to soak up pearls of creative wisdom from the industry's best.

Founder of the Bank of Creativity and One Minute Briefs, and co-founder of #MerryCritmas, Nick Entwistle, said: "Now in its third year, #MerryCritmas is going from strength to strength.

"This time around we've got an amazing list of creative directors signed up to give book crits. With all these great names giving the gift of an invaluable crit this year, we're looking for junior creatives/ students/ grads to sign up to receive advice on the work that could shape their portfolios and careers. This is an opportunity not to be missed."

Rory Sutherland is serving the Critmas cause once again, having shared his wisdom in previous years with a festive book crit. Jordan Morris, now a junior creative at M&C Saatchi, signed up to the scheme last year, along with his creative partner, Danny. The boys were gifted Sutherland as part of the scheme, who gave them a festive book crit, which ultimately led them to secure jobs at one of advertising's best.

Talking about the experience, Morris said: "I would like to thank #MerryCritmas for the experience. It’s such a good scheme for helping people who want to get into advertising. Many senior people especially, don’t necessarily have the time to give book crits anymore, but it’s Christmas so how can you refuse to give their time as a Christmas present and potentially make someone’s future.

"It is worth everyone signing up for it. You might as well. You might be in with a shot of sitting down with an advertising legend like we did."

Alongside The Drum, Merry Critmas is supported by Nabs and Unity Radio. One Minute Briefs and Agency Quotes will help amplify the campaign online.
