InsureandGo appoints Rabbit & Pork to launch voice app for Alexa and Google Assistant
Travel insurance brand InsureandGo has appointed voice experience agency Rabbit & Pork as its specialist partner to launch a voice app.
The app, launching in the coming months will be available on both Google and Amazon devices, as a Google action and Alexa skill. InsureandGo and Rabbit & Pork worked together developing use cases for voice to aid existing and new customers of InsureandGo.
Simon Everett, head of marketing for InsureandGo, said: “Smart speakers are becoming more and more popular, and the way we search for information is changing. We’re gradually moving away from keyboards and having conversations with our devices instead.

“As a business, we want to make sure our customers can interact with us in whatever way they prefer. So this is why it makes sense for us to develop an app that works with voice devices.”
Rabbit & Pork is the recently launched voice experience arm of independent network TIPi Group, with John Campbell, formerly head of SEO at the group’s performance agency Roast, heading up operations as managing director.

The specialist agency’s capabilities span design, development, optimisation and promotion of voice experience, across platforms such as Alexa, Google assistant and Chatbots.

This latest expansion of TIPi Group will see the independent network have specialist agencies including performance marketing, digital creative and voice experience, all underpinned by integrated strategy driven by group-wide data, insights and analytics.
