Cogent has won a competitive pitch to raise awareness of international kids snack brand GoGo Squeez in Britain following its arrival on these shores last year.
The MOM Group owned brand is seeking to win over UK children with range of squeezable fruit and yogurt pouches having already conquered North America and much of Europe.
In a bid to continue that success Cogent will spearhead a multi-channel marketing campaign to build on the snack’s current distribution across Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and Amazon with a view to becoming a lunchbox staple.
General manager of International Businesses at GoGo SqueeZ, François-Xavier Mignon, said: “We were looking for an agency partner who understand the commercial opportunities as well as the creative ones, take a holistic view of the marketing landscape in the UK, and can help us have some fun with the brand along the way. Cogent are that partner, and we’re excited by what 2019 brings.”
A key selling point for the brand is that at under 100 calories per portion it meets the requirements of the UK government’s Change4Life healthy eating recommendations.
