What were your highlights of last year?
Working with the SMT to transform our approach to business development, and moving to our fab new offices in Bristol
What has been your most memorable win - and why?
St George's, Bristol was a wonderful win for us. The rebrand of the music and arts destination was an inspirational project that put us centre stage in Bristol's thriving creative community.
How would you describe your approach to business development?
Creative, consultative and collaborative.
What is the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
Don't boil the ocean, keep it simple.
What would be your number one tip to anyone starting in business development?
Research and absorb - get under the skin of who you are targeting, and know how you can help solve their problems before you make the approach.
What is your new business soundtrack?
Miss Education by Lauryn Hill, A Fever to tell by the Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs - to keep the skin thick.
