Yard partners with Andragogy

Technical marketing agency Yard has partnered with Andragogy to provide an AI-based training experience, aimed at delivering sustained, accredited learning for staff and increased transparency for clients.

Yard will become the first UK agency to provide complete transparency to clients regarding staff training levels. Andragogy’s offers fully managed digital learning programmes that aim to challenge, educate and empower marketing professionals.

The partnership means Yard will be involved in the delivery of client work while working towards the Certified Digital Marketing Professional qualification, accredited by the Digital Marketing Institute. Clients of Yard will be able to access details of the current skill levels held within the organisation.

Andragogy uses software that provides a detailed map of individual and workforce skills profiles, combining this with digital marketing course modules delivered online and offline by subject matter experts.Using AI-based technology, the Andragogy programme embeds learning and is able to establish if key knowledge is being retained.
