Tangent announces four senior hires to boost agency offering

Digital customer experience agency, Tangent, has announced four appointments to its senior leadership team following a number of new business wins.

Andy Eva-Dale joins the company as technical director, from WPP’s Possible where he led the groups technical relationships with clients including Manchester City FC, Grant Thornton and Aston Martin.

Sam Ladlow has been hired as associate creative director, having worked for Sapient, leading projects for British Airways, Barclays and Lynx.

Caroline Goodwin has been appointed head of delivery and previously worked at Wolff Olins and Fortune Cookie

Finally, Roberto Cervantes has been hired as head of project management. His past experience includes stints at Leo Burnett, Weapon7 and Y&R.

Tangent managing partner, Oli Green said: “These new hires are a result of the wider team’s incredible effort in the last 12 months to drive growth and deliver yet more sensational, award-winning work for our clients. I look forward to working with the enhanced team to design, build and optimise even more cutting edge digital experiences.”

The London based agency recently opened a new 30-person office in Newcastle and works with brands including Sky, Net-a-Porter, PepsiCo and PSA Peugeot Citroen.
