Bayne, a founding member of the Digital Future Council, was most recently creative director of brand marketing at WeWork, and has also worked as a creative director at R/GA and MRY. He has joined the Denver-based indie with experience working on brands such as Samsung, Verizon, Visa, AT&T, Toyota, Oreo, Budweiser, Ikea, Tylenol, and others under his belt.

Gore, a Vladimir Jones lifer, has worked for the company since 2005, supporting or leading work on a roster that has included mobile accessory brand Otter Products, Xcel Energy, Colorado Springs Utilities, Snowmass Tourism, Black Hills Energy and State of Nebraska Tourism Commission.

Bayne said in a statement: “It’s going to be wonderful to see what we’re all able to create together when creative is even more in sync with the media, strategy and account teams.”

Gore added: “The best work is the result of great creative combined with tangible strategic insights and deep knowledge of clients’ businesses. I’m humbled to lead, serve and continue doing great things for the agency and our clients.”

Vladimir Jones chief Meredith Vaughn called the moves a ‘pivotal moment,’ for one of the country’s oldest indies, adding: “Simultaneously, we are welcoming a tenured individual who will inspire and challenge us and our clients in ways we don’t yet know are possible and promoting a remarkable professional whom we’ve nurtured from the very beginning, who’s always striving to be better. We look forward to the time ahead.”

The agency, with offices in Denver and Colorado Springs, spent its summer adding upwards of 20 new staffers and has gone through an organizational shift in its insight, creative, digital, media planning, and account management disciplines.
