Primesight removes Standing for Woman poster campaign following complaints
Primesight has halted a poster campaign in Liverpool for 'Human Females', which aimed to raise funds for further advertising.

The campaign, which states on its website that it aims to retain the word ‘woman’ as an ‘adult human female’ only, has been described as ‘a transphobic hate group’ by critics.
Primesight issued a statement to confirm it will halt the campaign following objections and has explained that it approved the ad through its online booking system and the copy, when reviewed, did not seem to be controversial.

Since the decision to remove the posters was announced yesterday (25 September) Human Females has published its own statement on its website while aiming to drive donations.
The group stated: “As you may have read the billboard has been deemed transphobic and is being removed in an act of grotesque misogynistic rage, we are seeking legal advice and will make a full statement in due course.”
Last week, Primesight announced its acquisition by radio company Global.
