The IAB Singapore’s Rolling Heavies series is back, with more of Asia Pacific’s most influential digital leaders answering questions while riding on a bike.

This is the second series, created by the IAB Singapore in partnership with cloud video creation platform 90 Seconds, that The Drum is proud to exclusively host. The series sees IAB Singapore CEO and ambassador to Southeast Asia, Miranda Dimopoulos, ask senior industry leaders about their career, while riding down Singapore’s East Coast park.

In part two of the latest series, GroupM Singapore chief digital officer Regan Baillie, who is also one of the judges of the DTAs APAC this year, discusses her unusually early start in the industry and why that spurs her on to champion young talent.

A key piece of advice from Baillie to aspiring digital stars is to stay in jobs longer, particularly early on in a career, as it actually takes a while to see out achievements.

Recap on previous episodes of the series, which featured leaders from ComScore, APD, SPH and Mplatform.
