HPS boosts healthcare offering with Hanson Zandi acquisition

Marketing communications group HPS has acquired specialist healthcare agency Hanson Zandi as the agency aims consolidate its healthcare offering.

With a business spanning 30 years, Hanson Zandi has produced campaigns across the pharma and medical device sectors delivering brand strategy, digital communications, education, market access and patient engagement services. HPS is already active in the health sector, working with the NHS Social Marketing Framework and has over 20 years’ healthcare experience in both the private and public sectors.

Mark Cornwell, CEO of HPS said: “We believe that our multi-channel capability and industry-specific insight enable us to be a true strategic partner. We already have exceptional credentials in the automotive and consumer electronics markets; the acquisition of Hanson Zandi now gives us an incredibly strong presence in the healthcare sector as well.”
