People on the move featuring Wunderman, Ogilvy, Vice, Dunkin Donuts and more
This week has seen another wave of appointments and departures at brands, media owners and agencies. The Drum has rounded up the key moves from the EMEA, APAC and North America regions below.

Ogilvy
Ogilvy has announced that is has fired chief creative officer and co-chairman, Tham Khai Meng.
Meng had held the role at the WPP firm since 2009, a role that effectively ended after a two-week investigation memo worldwide chief executive officer John Seifert sent to his staffers globally.
Wieden+Kennedy
Flo Heiss has departed the Studio of Art & Commerce, the agency he co-founded, to join Wieden+Kennedy London as creative director.
The German-born Heiss was installed as creative partner at the Studio of Art & Commerce for just shy of three years, however he is best known perhaps for leading Dare’s creative from 2000 until 2015.
UK Government
Culture secretary Matt Hancock has been named as the new health secretary, just six months into the job as Prime Minister Theresa May fills gaps in her Government caused by the resignations of Boris Johnson and David Davis.
Amidst a fall out within her Government following the agreement of May’s Brexit proposals, foreign secretary Johnson has resigned to be replaced by health secretary (and former culture minister) Jeremy Hunt.
Pink Lady
Michelle Evans, has been appointed head of group marketing by Pink Lady, the owners of Apple and Pear Australia Limited.
Evans will continue her UK role as chief marketing officer for Coregeo fresh produce brand, which includes Pink Lady as well as Tenderstem, Bimi and Metsi while also leading Apple and Pear Australia Limited.
Y&R
Y&R has appointed Katie Lee as managing director.
The former Sunshine managing director is the first major appointment from Paul Lawson who joined the agency as chief executive in October 2017.
Mirum London
Minisha Sharma has been promoted from head of delivery at Mirum London to UK chief operating officer.
The role will see Sharma take over operations from James Huckle, head of technology.
Boiler Room
Jodie Nicholson has been appointed as the Boiler Room’s first managing director.
Having ben with the company for over two years, Nicholson has worked with key brands for the agency, including Budweiser.
Wunderman
Wunderman has appointed Katt Wright as partner of delivery and operations.
Wright takes on the role from IBM Interactive where she was associate partner and will not handled the operations across Wunderman’s client teams in London.
AmazeRealise
AmazeRealise has announced former Dave managing director Richard Neish will be joining the team as chief of staff.
While at Dare, Neish led Dare’s digital transformation practise and structural and organisation consultancy, while also bringing creative experience from Tribal DDB London where he handled the Guardian, Budweiser and Guinness accounts.
Nemorin Creative
Branded content agency Nemorin Creative has appointed Graham Hayday as director of content and strategy.
The film branded video production agency was founded three years ago by Pete Fergusson, former head of commercial video at Telegraph Media Group.
Ogilvy UK
Ogilvy UK has appointed Jon Tapper has head of advertising to lead all advertising capabilities for clients.
Having been at the agency for over two years, Tapper has previously been managing partner and head of account management.
Vice
Vice continues its APAC expansion by appointing Serene Lee as head of sales APAC.
In her new role, Lee will oversee sales in all territories in the region, working closely with Vice’s existing commercial teams across North Asia, South East Asia, Australia/NZ and India, and will also establish a commercial team in Singapore.
72andSunny
72andSunny has appointed Micah Walker as executive creative director for the agency's Sydney office.
Walker joins from Wieden+Kennedy Portland where he as creative director for the past four and a half years, working on brands such as Samsung, Dodge Chrysler, Booking.com and TurboTax.
Publishers Clearing House
Publishers Clearing House (PCH) has announced the appointment of Andy Goldberg as chairman of the board of directors. Goldberg, who has been with the company for 35 years, will take over duties from longtime chairman and former chief executive officer Robin Smith, who will remain an active member of the board. Goldberg will continue to serve as president and chief executive in addition to his new role as chairman.
Dunkin Donuts
Dunkin' Brands, the parent company of Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, has promoted David Hoffman to chief executive.
He takes the reins from Nigel Travis, who has served as chief executive of the company since 2009. Travis will now step into the role of executive chairman of the board of directors.
Havas Group
The Havas Group announced the appointment of James Wright as global chairman, Havas PR Collective, and chief executive officer of Havas PR North America.
The Havas PR Collective is the PR and communications arm of the Havas Group, comprising over 40 agencies around the world and more than 1,500 professionals across multiple disciplines.
Analog Folk
Independent digital creative agency Analog Folk has announced the appointment of Megan Murray as strategy director for the agency’s NY office.
The newly created position comes at a time of rapid growth for AnalogFolk as it sees an increased need for strategic leadership across its roster of clients, which includes Blink Fitness, Guardian and Nike, among others.
TiVo
Enrique Rodriguez is stepping down as chief executive of TiVo after less than a year in the role to join Liberty Global as head of technology with a permanent successor yet to be named.
Raghu Rau, a member of TiVo’s board of directors, will serve as president and chief executive while the company searches for a permanent replacement.
Zulu
Zulu has bolstered its senior creative team with Irfan Khan and Susie Lee joining the agency from BBDO and JWT respectively as creative directors.
Meanwhile Michael Siegers and Jacob Gawrysiak have been promoted to associate creative directors.
Trailer Park
Trailer Park, Engine Group’s full-service creative agency, announced the appointment of Howard Moggs as senior vice president, development director.
In this newly created role, Moggs will be responsible for generating long-term relationships with new partners, building out Trailer Park’s business with both entertainment and brand clients. Before joining Trailer Park, he served as management director, business development and marketing at Saatchi & Saatchi’s Team One.
