Ogilvy has announced that is has fired chief creative officer and co-chairman, Tham Khai Meng.
Meng had held the role at the WPP firm since 2009, a role that effectively ended after a two-week investigation memo worldwide chief executive officer John Seifert sent to his staffers globally.
Flo Heiss has departed the Studio of Art & Commerce, the agency he co-founded, to join Wieden+Kennedy London as creative director.

AmazeRealise has announced former Dave managing director Richard Neish will be joining the team as chief of staff.
While at Dare, Neish led Dare’s digital transformation practise and structural and organisation consultancy, while also bringing creative experience from Tribal DDB London where he handled the Guardian, Budweiser and Guinness accounts.
Branded content agency Nemorin Creative has appointed Graham Hayday as director of content and strategy.
The film branded video production agency was founded three years ago by Pete Fergusson, former head of commercial video at Telegraph Media Group.
Ogilvy UK has appointed Jon Tapper has head of advertising to lead all advertising capabilities for clients.
Having been at the agency for over two years, Tapper has previously been managing partner and head of account management.
Vice continues its APAC expansion by appointing Serene Lee as head of sales APAC.
In her new role, Lee will oversee sales in all territories in the region, working closely with Vice’s existing commercial teams across North Asia, South East Asia, Australia/NZ and India, and will also establish a commercial team in Singapore.

Publishers Clearing House (PCH) has announced the appointment of Andy Goldberg as chairman of the board of directors. Goldberg, who has been with the company for 35 years, will take over duties from longtime chairman and former chief executive officer Robin Smith, who will remain an active member of the board. Goldberg will continue to serve as president and chief executive in addition to his new role as chairman.
Dunkin' Brands, the parent company of Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, has promoted David Hoffman to chief executive.
He takes the reins from Nigel Travis, who has served as chief executive of the company since 2009. Travis will now step into the role of executive chairman of the board of directors.
The Havas Group announced the appointment of James Wright as global chairman, Havas PR Collective, and chief executive officer of Havas PR North America.
