72andSunny has appointed Micah Walker as executive creative director for the agencies Sydney office.

Walker joins from Wieden + Kennedy Portland where he as creative director for the past four and a half years, working on brands such as Samsung, Dodge Chrysler, Booking.com and TurboTax.
Walker is a highly regarded creative talent in the local market having previously served as ECD at The Monkeys, Mojo and Leo Burnett. He also spent four years at Fallon London where he was a creative director and partner.
He joins 72andSunny’s APAC leadership team alongside APAC ECD Johnny Tan, director of strategy Mollie Hill, director of operations and talent Ngaio McCreadie and APAC managing director and partner Chris Kay.

Micah was the only person we could find who would fit that bill, so we are pretty stoked he has decided to jump on board.”

Walker is the latest hire for 72andSunny's APAC operation which launched offices in Singapore and Sydney in May 2017. The agency appointed Singapore managing director Lisi Davis in January.
