Save the Children asks Jennifer Roberti to serve as first CMO

Save the Children has appointed Jennifer Roberti as its first ever chief marketing officer as the charity seeks to reshape its global marketing, communications, fundraising and sponsorship activities.

Reporting directly to president and chief exectuvie Carolyn Miles, Roberti will channel over 20 years of marketing experience in the role having most recently served as senior vice president for marketing and communications at Unicef US.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jen to Save the Children and are confident that her leadership and skillset will advance our integrated marketing and fundraising efforts," said Miles.

“Jen brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge from both the for profit and nonprofit worlds. With a proven record of driving revenue, digital engagement and brand awareness, she is uniquely qualified to grow and engage our supporter base more deeply in our mission to reach every last child.”

Prior to her work at unicef, Roberti held the post of executive, group marketing, for Nigeria's MTN, Africa’s largest mobile operator.
