ICICI bank dominates mobile banking experience in India, says new report
ICICI bank, after being named as the fourth worst mobile banking app provider globally in 2015, has improved by leaps and bounds, and currently provides the best mobile banking experience in India, according to Forrester.

Meanwhile, Axis Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank offer competition options, while State Bank of India, IDFC Bank, HFC Bank and IDBI Bank lagged behind.
Forrester evaluated the mobile banking apps for seven large banks in India to gauge how helpful and easy to use they are for customers. It stated that ICICI bank's mobile app scored 78 out of 100 in functionality and good user experience.
The report further highlighted how consumers in metro India are more comfortable with mobile interactions and 70% preferred to keep their money with firms that let them use apps and websites to manage it.
