Sonic has unveiled a tangy summer drink that’s not for the faint of heart: a snow cone slush that tastes like pickle juice.

Starting today, those who dare to try the concoction can get their hands on it at participating Sonic drive-ins. For those looking for a something a bit more mild, the chain has also rolled out flavors including Bahama Mama, Blue Hawaiian, and Tiger’s Blood for the summer.

“Sonic’s guests are game to try adventurous and fun flavors, so we’ve made it our mission to deliver the best of both worlds when it comes to innovation and variety,” said Scott Uehlein, vice president of product innovation and development for Sonic, in a statement.

To promote the drink, Sonic has created a Snapchat lens that takes users into an “icy-cold Pickle Juice Slush world.”

The quirky drink comes as IHOP tries to make a splash of its own with the reveal of the meaning behind “IHOb,” the new name it’s been teasing for about a week now. On Monday, the chain restaurant announced that the “b” in its name stands for “burger.” The marketing stunt is being used to promote the chain’s new line-up of “seven mouth-watering, all-natural burgers,” all part of the company's strategy to position itself as a destination for lunch and dinner.
