New Look launch spring/summer campaign with Rochelle Humes

MediaCityUK based film production company Chief has launched the new spring/summer 2018 campaign for fashion retailer New Look featuring television presenter and Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes.

Filmed in Morocco, the campaign consists of 60sec, 30sec and 15sec films running across online, outdoor, social and in-store. The spoken word artist Emmanuel Speaks performs the voiceover in the campaign.

The creative was developed by New Look’s in-house team, working closely with Chief director Nate Camponi, aimed at capturing the spring and summer vibe with ‘genuine fun and excitement’.

Camponi said: ” ‘I wanted to approach each scene loosely to capture a beautiful, off-the-cuff realism which told the story of a group of friends on a journey, whilst still keeping the models and clothes looking amazing. The film feels like a scrapbook of memories and captured moments, with Marrakech providing a rich tapestry of textures and energy. It allowed the journey to unfold without needing a storyboard to lead the way.’

The advert can be viewed here. Chief was established in 2012 and has produced over 1,000 films for clients including Lidl, Johnnie Walker and Typhoo.
