The integration will include a rebrand of Bare Films to become Darling, which will be headed up by joint managing directors Clare Timms and Kelly Doyle, as well as Kat Downs, its head of new business and executive producer.

RSA managing director, Kai Hsiung, said: “We’re looking forward to exploring new production opportunities with Clare, Kelly and the rest of the Darling team. Bare Films had a stellar reputation, and we couldn’t be happier to embark on a new joint venture during this very special year for RSA.”

Timms said: “When the opportunity with Kai and the team at RSA came along I was thrilled. It’s an incredibly exciting new venture, we get to continue with the very best of what we loved doing at Bare and our exceptional production values but with all the added benefits of being part of the global RSA network.”

Darling’s directing roster includes Adam Gunser, Steve Green, Gus Filgate, Marcus Lundin, Jacob Hopewell, Daniel Borjesson, Cristiana Miranda, Martin Brierley, Pete Salmi, and Betsan Morris Evans.
