Heritage Bathrooms looks to clean-up its digital presence with Sagittarius

Heritage Bathrooms wishes to simplify users' journeys online.

Heritage Bathrooms, part of the Bristan Group, has appointed digital marketing agency Sagittarius to deliver a series of discovery, design and UX improvements to its current website.

With key objectives to shorten the customer journey to products, simplify the complex product range and provide customers with everything they need to prompt a purchase decision, Sagittarius will be completing a full Sitecore audit and code review with the premium bathroom supplier. The agency will also be undertaking technical discovery to investigate the existing product system (PIE) and recommend improvements to the site’s header and footer, navigation, product finder and product pages.

Discussing the appointment of Sagittarius, Claire Jennings, marketing manager of Heritage Bathrooms, said: “We are excited to be working with the experts in Sitecore, Sagittarius, who are well known for their wealth of knowledge and experience with Sitecore developments, especially in the home and garden sector. We understand that great design and a clear user journey is key to online customer experiences and want to take our website visitors on that exciting journey when they are choosing their dream bathroom.”

Paul Stephen, chief executive of Sagittarius, said: “We are excited to be working with Heritage Bathrooms on this Sitecore project. Having worked with Sitecore for many years now, delivering websites that not only look great but deliver return on investment for brands is a KPI for us as an agency. Our success comes from our clients’ success and we are looking forward to making these changes with Heritage!”

Sagittarius operates offices in London, Kent, Ukraine, Sri Lanka and Dubai, working with clients in the home and garden sector, including Knauf, Jacksons Fencing and Karndean Flooring.
