This week has seen another wave of appointments and departures at brands, media owners and agencies. The Drum has rounded up the key moves from the EMEA, APAC and North America regions below.

EMEA people are on the move

Emerging Insider Communications

Max Markovstev has joined Emerging Insider Communications as chief operating officer from Leo Burnett Russia where he co-founded the Moscow office and handled the Proctor and Gamble Russia business.

Markovstev has also worked at J Walter Thompson in the digital division in North America and brings a wealth of experience to the new role.

Konica Monolta Marketing Services

Konica Minolta Marketing Servies (KMMS) has announced a global restructure with a new senior team.

Yves Rogivue has been promoted from EMEA chief executive to global chief executive. Alongside this appointment, Ian Stockley has been named global chief strategy officer, Yoshiko Ito, formerly chief executive of APAC, has been named global chief operating officer.

The Honey Partnership

Emily Hare has joined The Honey Partnership from Contagious as its first editor to oversee editorial globally.

Hare will work closerly with the co-founder and chairman to build ann editorial teama dn work alongside the content and creative teams in Amsterdam and San Francisco.

Tatler

Tatler has named Tom Usher as creative director.

Beginning his career at British Vogue, Usher brings experience from Arena, PMK BNC, Harper’s Bazaar and Marie Claire.

Mindshare

Mindshare UK has bolstered its senior team with Daniel Da Costa taking on the role of strategy director and Yulia Livine appointed as ecommerce director.

Da Costa will look after the connection between the agency’s strategy and creative teams while creativity remains the core of the brand. Meanwhile Livine will drive the ecommerce offering throughout each brand.

FCB Inferno

Jo Jenkins has joined FCB Inferno as creative director from Karmarama where she handled the likes of Honda Cars, Air New Zealand and Thorntons.

Jenkins replaces Natasha Blevins, who left the agency to pursue another career path in the UK.

Telaria

Video monetization software company, Telaria has appointed Adam Irlando as vice president of platform partnership and Peter Hord as vice president of agency and brand relations.

The duo will be based in the company’s New York headquarters and will report to chief revenue officer Rick Song.

APAC people on the move

Jet8

Mobile influencer platform Jet8 has announced the appointment of Bruce Aitken as its chief executive officer.

Aitken was previously the vice president of Amazon China and director of finance and strategy for Intel China.

Omnicom Media Group

Omnicom has promoted Rochelle Chhaya to the newly created role of managing partner of investment to foster relationships with partners and suppliers.

Previously the Group’s managing partner of digital, Chhaya will work with the Group’s partners on investment opportunities, while also creating bespoke solutions and providing the agencies’ clients with the first right of refusal to beta products ahead of the market.

Ad Parlor Asia Pacific

Suppakit Limboonsong has been appointed at country director for AdParlor in Thailand as part of its plans to expand its capabilities and presence in the region.

Limboonsong will lead a team of over 30 staff to provide digital marketing solutions for brands and agencies, while also overseeing the establishment of a new creative services offering in Thailand.

Track Worldwide

Track Worldwide has appointed Rob Limb as chief executive for the Australia and New Zealand operations of the data-driven marketing agency.

In the role, he will lead an alignment of the agency's data, CRM, CX and digital capabilities for the agency's 120 people across the Auckland, Sydney and Melbourne offices. Limb was previously managing director of TRACK's Sydney office.

BMF Australia

BMF has promoted Jen Speirs to the newly created role of deputy executive creative director, reporting to executive creative director Alex Derwin.

Spiers joined BMF two years ago, prior to this she was creative director for DDB. BMF has also promoted Dantie van der Merwe and David Fraser to creative directors. The creative team joined BMF in 2014 and were previously creative group heads at DDB Sydney.

Saatchi & Saatchi

Saatchi & Saatchi Melbourne has appointed Lee Sunter as creative director. Sunter joins from Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, where he worked for seven years and has been recognised at major creative and effectiveness award shows, including Cannes, The Webbys, Effies and D&AD.

Saatchi & Saatchi Melbourne has also appointed creative team Helene Colin and Samantha Alexandre from BETC Paris. All three hires will report to executive creative director Simon Bagnasco.

TBWA Hong Kong

TBWA Hong Kong has appointed Jerome Ooi as executive creative director, charged with overseeing creative duties for the entire agency, including Digital Arts Network.

Jerome joins from Commonwealth McCann, where he was the global executive creative director of Digital Foundry and was responsible for developing the creative for Chevrolet. He replaces Esther Wong who leaves the agency after 13 years to pursue a personal passion outside of the ad industry.

Kantar Australia

Kantar has appointed Jon Foged as chief executive of the Australian business.

Foged joins from Kantar's Singapore office where he was the chief strategy and business development officer for Kantar APAC, and the chief executive of Kantar Myanmar and Cambodia.

Mindshare

Ruchi Mathur has been promoted to senior vice president, client leadership, Mindshare North and East. Ruchi will take on the responsibility of leading an additional region, and will be leading Mindshare North and East.

Saket Sinha will work with Prasanth Kumar, chief executive, Mindshare South Asia, and lead m/six India as senior vice president, client leadership, m/Six India, focusing exclusively on growing and leading the brand.

3AM

3AM, entertainment marketing agency founded as a joint venture between Ridley Scott’s RSA Films and Wild Card, announced that Shawn Shahani has joined as director of strategy.

Shahani will work closely with 3AM’s leadership to evolve the strategy practice. Prior to joining 3AM, Shahani was strategy director at R/GA’s Hustle, leading the agency’s strategy team and servicing culture-first clients such as Beats by Dre and Twentieth Century Fox.

Luna United

Luna United, the content production agency within the communications group United Collective, announced that Adrian Castagna has joined as head of integrated production.

Castagna, an industry veteran with over 20 years’ experience, joins Luna United from Alma DDB, where he was director of production on accounts such as McDonald’s and Sprint.

Tremor Video DSP

Tremor Video DSP, the leading programmatic video platform, has appointed Justin Chadwick as senior director of marketing and Jessica La Rosa as senior director of product marketing and sales strategy.

Chadwick will be responsible for all corporate and brand marketing. Previously, he was senior director, marketing and communications at Crossix Solutions. La Rosa returns to Tremor Video DSP after serving as director, product marketing and sales enablement at Innovid.
